For the sake of these graphics, the lines are straight and succinct. However, let’s all imagine squiggly lines with peaks and valleys and lots of uncertainty along the way.

Growth is a long, winding process. There’s no expectation that it’s easy, linear, or exact, and there’s no expectation that you’ll always find yourself moving “forward.” There’s space to be wherever you are here.
