Potential Conflict Triggers by Enneagram Type

In this series, we’re highlighting a couple of triggers for each Enneagram type.

The Enneagram is so helpful in that we can use it to become clear on our own communication style and also provide us with the language we need to describe our style to others.

Through the Enneagram, we can become aware of common triggers and learn to ease tension through building mutual understanding. If you want to find new ways to step out of communication ruts in your relationships, check out my book, Enneagram in Real Life.
